Besetzbar (von/bis)/Duration: zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt bis 30.09.2023
Tarifvertrag für studentische Hilfskräfte (derzeit 13,00 €/Stunde)/ Remuneration according to the Berlin collective agreement for student assistants (currently 13.00 € per hour)
Stellenumfang/Working hours: 40 h/Monat / per month
Ihre Aufgaben / Your tasks::
- Die HWR Berlin hat eine state-of-the-art IT-Forschungsinfrastruktur im Bereich Daten- und Textanalyse. Diese wird gerade zusätzlich erweitert, so dass auch größere und auch parallellisierbare Anwendungsszenarien in der Textanalyse möglich sind. Für die technische Unterstützung des Clusters suchen wir Verstärkung mit folgenden Aufgaben:
- Cluster-Monitoring und Nutzer-Verwaltung
- Python-Implementierung von (parallelisierbaren) Textanalyse-Anwendungen
- Data Management
- The Berlin School of Economics and Law has a state-of-the-art IT Cluster for research in the areas of Data and Text Analytics. It will be extended in 2023 with servers for new and bigger Text Analytics applications with the possibility for parallel computations. We are thus looking for a student assistant for the technical support of the cluster with the following tasks:
- Cluster monitoring and user administration
- Python implementations of (parallel) Text Analytics applications
- Data management

- Anforderungen:
- Gute Python Kennnisse
- Erfahrung mit Parallelisierung wünschenswert
- Gute Data-Management Kenntnisse
- Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Python
- Ideally experience with parallel computing
- Good knowledge of Data Management tools
